Blissful Booty ships via USPS or UPS
If your order is shipping to
- The 48 contiguous states: We offer free shipping on any order over $150.00 Orders under $150.00 are charged shipping based on the weight via USPS or UPS
- Alaska/Hawaii/APO or FPO addresses: We charge USPS priority mail shipping costs.
We only ship to US and Canadian addresses
Shipping costs are based on weight.
If your shipping costs are free we will ship your order by the method that is most cost effective (First Class, Priority mail, or UPS Ground). We will ship in stock items within 1-2 business days. Backordered items will ship as soon as they are available.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the order was delivered to customer's address or if incorrect address was provided. If order was returned by a mail carrier due to incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is fully responsible for all shipping charges even if this order qualified for free shipping.
Order shipments originate from Dallas, Texas and typically require 2-7 business days to reach their destination. Deliveries do not occur on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 noon CST typically enter the system that day. Although a package may be ready for delivery in the morning, orders do not enter 'shipped' status until the carrier physically picks the package(s) up from our warehouse that afternoon.
Order Changes
Changes to orders cannot be made after 1:00pm CST on business days, as packages may already be en route to their destination(s).
Expedited Shipping Options
Overnight and expedited shipping options are subject to carrier pickup cycles and business day limitations.
For example, if you place an order on Wednesday evening and specify expedited shipping, it will not arrive at its destination until the following Monday. In this example, the next available carrier departure is on Thursday evening, and the second day falls on a weekend. The following Monday is the second day in "carrier" service terms.
RETURNS
We want you to be delighted with your Blissful Booty purchase.
You can return any item that is un-washed, un-used and still in original packaging within 30 days of purchase and receive a refund minus shipping costs.
Used and/or washed items cannot be resold for hygienic reasons and are therefore non-refundable. Items that are returned used and/or washed or with missing packaging will not be refunded and will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense.
There are no returns after 30 days. Please note if your order qualified for free shipping, our shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. Also, the current flat rate shipping charge will be withheld from a return credit if the original order met the free shipping threshold, but exclusion of the returned item would have caused the order total to fall below the free shipping threshold.
Returns must be accompanied the invoice. Include your name, address, email, phone number, item being returned and reason for returning. It is a good idea to return items using a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages lost in shipping.
If you want to return an item please contact us for details and a return authorization number. We will contact you with details on where to send the return and what amount you can expect to have refunded .We will reimburse shipping only on defective products or if the wrong item was sent.

You must notify us of damaged / defective products within 5 business days from the date of delivery. In the event that a product is defective or damaged in shipping, Blissful Booty will provide an equivalent replacement item. If a replacement is not available, Blissful Booty will issue a full refund including inbound and outbound shipping charges.
Products returned without an RMA are subject to a 25% restocking fee, due to additional processing costs caused by unexpected returns. We appreciate your help in keeping our costs and prices low!
